End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "Licensee" or "You") and Kekkle (referred to as "Licensor" or "We") governing your use of the mobile application and related services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the app.
Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the mobile application and its associated services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
User Conduct
You agree to use the app in accordance with the following guidelines:
- You will not post, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any law or regulation.
- You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the app or the servers and networks connected to it.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
- You will not use the app for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Licensor.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
User-Generated Content
Our app allows users to create groups and share content such as funny quotes and pictures. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you post and share within the app.
- Objectionable Content: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you come across any content that you believe is objectionable or violates the terms of this Agreement, please report it to us immediately.
- Content Removal: Licensor reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates the terms of this Agreement, at its sole discretion. Licensor may also take appropriate actions against users who violate this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Licensor. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the intellectual property of Licensor without its prior written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our app is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our app.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the app after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to our app without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
